John Deere North American Marketing Facility

Completed in 2011, the 126,000 square foot three story building is designed to house more than 400. The building included a full service cafeteria, offices, training and conference rooms. The building achieved “Gold” level of certification under United States Green Building Council’s Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) rating system. This project included BIM coordination, a high percentage outside air system complete with an energy recovery coil, ductwork, air handling systems, and kitchen exhaust ductwork.

JE Dunn Corporate Headquarters

Kansas City, MO

Completed in 2009, the 204,000 square foot building is located in downtown Kansas City. The building included an underfloor air distribution (UFAD) system, and achieved “Gold” level certification under United States Green Building Council’s Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) version 2.2 rating system. In addition to installing ductwork and air handling systems, Barnes & Dodge led the BIM coordination.

Cerner

Phase 1 and Phase 2 of the Cerner Trails Campus (now Cerner Innovations) was a three building, 800,000 square foot office project. The buildings included a fitness center, conference center, cafeteria, and medical clinic in addition to office spaces. Part of a 10-year, 290 acre redevelopment project, Barnes & Dodge has been selected to be a mechanical contractor on the Phase 3 and Phase 4 buildings, scheduled to be complete in early 2020.
